The Astria Envy traditional porcelain liner kit lines the firebox of an Envy direct vent gas fireplace with black porcelain panels. Each kit has left, right, rear and top panels with mounting screws, and it is made for the traditional Envy with a log set. We list the 35, 40 and 45 inch kits, LKP-BK-NV35 (H8955), LKP-BK-NV40 (H8956) and LKP-BK-NV45 (H8957).

Install with the fireplace off and cold.Astria says the Envy is not approved to run without liner panels. Fit the panels only after the gas connection, leak test and first burner check are done. A licensed gas professional should handle any gas work on the fireplace to the manual and local codes.

Questions people ask us

Which kit fits my Envy?

Match the width: LKP-BK-NV35 for the ENVY35, LKP-BK-NV40 for the ENVY40 and LKP-BK-NV45 for the ENVY45. These are the traditional kits.

I have an Envy CD. Will this work?

No. The Envy CD uses the contemporary porcelain kit with floor panels, part numbers LKP-BK-NVCD35, NVCD40 and NVCD45. Ask us for one of those.

Do I have to use a liner?

Yes. Astria lists a porcelain or ceramic fiber liner kit as required on the traditional Envy and says never to run the fireplace without liner panels installed.

How does it go in?

With the fireplace off and cold, take off the top louver, trim, glass door and logs. The rear panel goes in first with one screw, then the sides and top, and the side panels screw to the firebox floor. Handle the porcelain with care.
