The finish, the fuel, the ignition and the size are four separate decisions, and the factory does not start until all four are settled. That is why the range runs to hundreds of pieces and why two yards never end up with the same fire feature.

What is the difference between natural gas and propane models?
They are different pieces, built for one fuel at the factory. The burner and the orifice are sized for the gas the property runs on, so the fuel is chosen on the order rather than converted later. If you are not sure which you have, call us before you order and we will work it out with you.
Which ignition should I choose?
Match lit is the simplest and needs no power at all. Flame sensing adds a cutoff if the flame blows out. Electronic and plug and play light the fire without a lighter and need power nearby. The piece underneath is identical in every case, so this decision is only about how it starts and what it costs to run a circuit to it.
How long does a built to order piece take?
Every piece is made after you order it, so there is a build window before it ships. We confirm the ship date with you once the order is placed, and we will tell you before you buy if a finish or an ignition is running longer than usual.
Who should make the gas connection?
A licensed gas professional, every time. An electrician should wire any electronic ignition. We can help you work out what the installer will need before they arrive, and we will send the documentation the maker supplies with the piece.
Are these genuine The Outdoor Plus, with the warranty?
Yes. Aqua Terra Backyard is an authorized The Outdoor Plus dealer, and everything on these pages is built by the maker with the full factory warranty behind it. Buying through an authorized dealer is what keeps that warranty intact.
How do large pieces get delivered?
By freight, with curbside delivery. Inspect the crate before you sign for it, and if a piece arrives damaged, tell us straight away and we handle the return freight and the replacement with the maker.
