Start here
Firegear makes both ends of this. A bowl or a table that arrives ready to light, or the burner that disappears into something you are building.
Settle the gas first. Every gas product here is built for either natural gas or propane and the two are not interchangeable. Check what runs to the spot before you choose anything else.

Why people buy one
A fire feature is the only thing you can put in a yard that pulls people outside and keeps them there after the sun goes. Firegear builds the part that makes it happen.
Shop fire featuresThe flagship line
Cast concrete, delivered with the burner already in it. A bowl to look at from across the yard, or a table with a ledge to set a drink on. Four colours, three ignitions, nothing to assemble.
Linear, wall mounted
A long linear fireplace for an outdoor wall or a covered patio, in four widths, with an LED version if you want the glow without the heat on a mild night.
No gas line
A wood burning insert built to pull air through the fire so it burns clean instead of smoking at whoever is downwind. No gas, no line to run, and a sear top if you want to cook on it.
Building your own
Masonry fire pits, seat walls and outdoor kitchens all take the same thing: a stainless burner sized to the opening. Tell us the shape and we will show you what drops in.
Find your burnerBuild your own
Two questions about the opening you are building, and we will show you the systems that fit it.
What shape is the opening?
How should the pan sit?
Here is the range that fits.
Then pick how you light it
The fire only
The stainless burner on its own, with no pan, for dropping into masonry you are already building. T shapes, H shapes and the spurs that throw a taller flame.
What covers the burner
Tempered fire glass, lava rock and the shaped logs and stones that hide the burner and spread the flame. This is the part people actually see.
Keep it lit
Lids, wind guards, valves, timers, conversion kits and the service parts for every ignition system. Genuine Firegear, so it fits the one you already own.
Choosing
The burner itself is much the same across the range. How you light it is what changes the price, and what the fire is like to live with.
A valve and a key. No electronics, no battery, no pilot to keep alight. Take this if you want the fewest things that can ever go wrong.
A spark lights a standing pilot, and the gas shuts off by itself if the flame ever goes out. The middle ground most people land on.
All weather electronic ignition on a remote or a wall switch, built to keep working through rain and cold.
Send us the inside dimensions of the opening, say whether it is round, square or a long rectangle, and tell us whether you have natural gas or propane at the spot. That is everything we need to tell you which system fits.
