Basket coverage is void in cases of abuse or improper cleaning.
Liability is limited to replacement or repair of the defective item, and excludes transportation costs, labor, and consequential damages.
Pump Cart 710 and SCAMP 725
Warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Failed parts will be repaired or replaced, at our option, within ninety (90) days. Proof of purchase is required.
Excluded: normal wear and tear, damage, cosmetic defects, misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repair, lack of maintenance, failure to follow instructions, and improper use such as pulling the Cart or SCAMP.
The warranty is void if any changes, modifications, additions or attachments are made to the Cart or SCAMP.

Claims go directly to Aladdin Equipment Co., 900 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34240, telephone (941) 371-3732. Have your model or part number, your Aqua Terra Backyard order number, and photographs of the fault ready before you call.
If you would rather we handled it, contact us with your order number and we will take it from there.
Send us your order number and what failed, and we will walk it through with you.
