Heads, posts and complete kits are sold separately so a run can be built to the site. If you are starting from nothing, a complete kit is the simplest path.

It depends on the length and on how much of it you want read at night. Tell us the run and we will work out a count and how they plumb back to the supply.

They are different pieces, built for one fuel at the factory. The burner and the orifice are sized for the gas the property runs on, so the fuel is chosen on the order rather than converted later. If you are not sure which you have, call us before you order and we will work it out with you.

Match lit is the simplest and needs no power at all. Flame sensing adds a cutoff if the flame blows out. Electronic and plug and play light the fire without a lighter and need power nearby. The piece underneath is identical in every case, so this decision is only about how it starts and what it costs to run a circuit to it.

Every piece is made after you order it, so there is a build window before it ships. We confirm the ship date with you once the order is placed, and we will tell you before you buy if a finish or an ignition is running longer than usual.

A licensed gas professional, every time. An electrician should wire any electronic ignition. We can help you work out what the installer will need before they arrive, and we will send the documentation the maker supplies with the piece.

By freight, with curbside delivery. Inspect the crate before you sign for it, and if a piece arrives damaged, tell us straight away and we handle the return freight and the replacement with the maker.
