Drain cover questions, answered

What is an anti-vortex drain cover?

It is a main drain cover shaped to help prevent suction from holding a swimmer against the drain. Replace a cracked or missing cover right away.

How do I know what size cover I need?

Check the size of your current cover or ring, or send us a photo and we will match it.

Do I need a cover and ring, or just the cover?

If the ring is cracked or loose, replace the cover and ring together. If only the cover is worn, a cover-only replacement may be enough.

Will this meet my local pool code?

Requirements vary by location and pool type. Call us at 631-678-6506 and we will help you choose, and check with your local pool authority for what is required.
